The Snuggles Inn Doggy Day Care is committed to providing high-quality care and services for dogs in a safe and comfortable environment. Please read the following legal notices and terms before using our services.

1. Services

The Snuggles Inn Doggy Day Care offers dog daycare, boarding, dog walking, and drop-in services. All services provided are subject to availability, and bookings are required in advance.

2. Licensing and Insurance

Licensing: The Snuggles Inn is fully licensed by the local council to offer home dog boarding services.

Insurance: We are fully insured for all services, including dog boarding, dog walking, and pet drop-ins.

3. Booking and Payment

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot, especially for overnight boarding and daycare services.

Full payment is due on the day of the dog's drop-off. Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash 

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Pricing for services is subject to change at the discretion of The Snuggles Inn, but you will be notified in advance of any price increases.

4. Health and Safety

All dogs must be vaccinated and in good health before attending daycare or boarding. We require proof of current vaccinations (including Rabies, Distemper, and Parvovirus) for all dogs.

Flea and Tick Control: All dogs must be treated for fleas and ticks prior to attending daycare or boarding. If fleas or ticks are found, additional charges may apply for treatment.

Owners are required to inform us of any special medical needs, behavioral concerns, or dietary restrictions.

5. Behavioral and Aggression Policy

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to dogs displaying aggressive or harmful behavior toward other animals or staff. If a dog shows signs of aggression, we may require the dog to be removed immediately.

We encourage pet owners to disclose any behavioral issues in advance to ensure the safety of all dogs and staff.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your dog, The Snuggles Inn and its staff cannot be held responsible for accidents, illness, injury, or death that occurs while in our care, except where required by law.

Owners are fully responsible for the actions of their pets and must indemnify The Snuggles Inn against any liability arising from their dog’s behavior or actions.

7. Privacy

We value your privacy and adhere to applicable data protection laws. The information you provide during booking, including contact details, emergency contacts, and any other personal data, will only be used for the purpose of providing services to your pet and ensuring their safety while in our care.

We will never share or sell your personal information to third parties.

8. Photos and Social Media

By booking services with The Snuggles Inn, you consent to the occasional use of photos or videos of your dog on our social media or website for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your dog’s image to be used, please notify us in writing prior to booking.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to fulfill our obligations under these terms if such failure is caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other emergencies.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Conwy. Any legal dispute will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Conwy County Council.
